USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE IV (JEDI)- Purity

Are you tapping Dodge and Weave?

(Yes, let's tap DnW.)

So long as Andro passes his Agility roll to leap down, the D&W tap makes this turn completely safe... and he does pass it! He safely makes it to cover. He dives down, shot after shot fired at him, the walls showering with sparks and burn marks as he dives behind a vat.

The situation looks much better down there, Andro. Using Co-ordination, you can rule out the Supers on the top level, and behind the vat, you only have half of the droids and Kathya shooting at you.

The only REAL worry, then, is Kathya.

Need to find a way to hide yourself, so that you can last long enough for your friends to show. 🙂

(Is it really a refresh turn, or was that a cut and paste 'oops'? If it really is, refresh Dodge and Weave. For this round, let's continue with dodge and weave, also swap in Charge and Perfect Strike for Cleave and Riposte. Unless it really is a refresh turn, then replace Charge with Dodge and Weave and Tap that. I'm thinking of sticking with Cover + Coordination until the others show up, if that's possible. As soon as I can get in Dodge and Weave and Tap it, I will. I'd like to save the last Force point until the last minute for a hail-mary Ward.)

Sorry, yes, that was a cut and paste error.

You can only swap one power per turn and no matter which way we slice it, Dodge and Weave is used up.

Probably should swap in Perfect Strike and hide out?

(Yep, that was my thought exactly. Let's just swap in Perfect strike this round, use coordination and let it ride in cover.)

(Also ask about hiding? Killing everyone on the bottom floor helped definitely.)

(It's be nice if there was something non-explodey to hide in or under. Ush?)

Yes it would be nice.

"Destroy it!" says Kathya, climbing down a level. The droids up top pour a barrage of firepower into the vat, piercing it repeatedly. Acid sprays out in your general area...

(Let's use coordination and dash to another nearby vat/cover. Wish jedi carried Thermal Detonators.)

Hardly professional weapons.

A Dash will make it- if you pass the Agility roll.

(Tell that to Boba Fett. Let's roll!)

Well a Jedi would disagree with a bounty hunter's definition of 'professional!' Too indiscriminate for Jedi use, of course.

Just so we know the odds here, that is a three dice roll (as Agility is your worst stat) and if that doesn't throw a success you'll be caught in the open, your move failed.

Can you not stay behind the vat for this round? Or would that be dangerous?

Or, maybe you could destroy two more droids? Tp Orthodox guard, maybe?

I am afraid staying at the vat is not practical now, no.

Could he Defensive Leap to another vat?

Would also need an Agility roll, I am afraid!

But wouldn't his pool be doubled because of Leaping?
