He was a little preoccupied with not dying; but the playboy side was still there, he flirted heavily with Widow on multiple occasions.

Favreau speaks.... The Mandarin possibility..

When they showed

Spoiler:
Mjolnir
at the end after the credits, women in front of me said "whose samurai sword is that?"

I did have one gripe, how did whiplash leg's not get broken??
Better one. Why wasn't Whiplash's head blown off when
Spoiler:
Iron Man & War Machine, while playing tug-of-war with Venko himself, each blasted him with there repulsors when he didn't have his mask covering his face?

Just saw this...

The script and plot imo didnt flow smoothly as the first one. The movie felt rush a bit. I think they are or did touched/hint at extremis?

Sam as Nick.....he may have the looks but doesnt act like him imo.

But over all good movie but not as good as the first one.

7.5

Yeah, he probably shouldn't have kept opening that.

Finally saw IM 2 -- I thought it was okay. It didn't have that "wow!" factor it's predecessor had, imo. Some parts were fun, but overall I just wasn't that impressed.

I'd give it a 6-7/10.

the consensus seems to be...

IM - 10
IM2 - 7.5

So would I.

That annoyed the hell out of me.

Me too... maybe his helmet couldn't rotate or something...

But why wouldn't he allow it to rotate? And considering how tough it seemed, I just couldn't figure out why he didn't leave it on.

Little things like that annoyed me. Another thing was the "I don't let people hand me things" crap. Was that necessary?

What annoyed me was the fact that IM's 'suitcase armor' was so strong that Tony could foot-push a full sized car 15-20 feet away, with ease. Yet Whiplash (an average human being) took multiple punches to the bare face in their first encounter, suffering only a bloody lip..?

Give me a break. ermm

Pretty sure he was holding back. Blocking repulsor rays - now that was PIStastic 😛 I liked it though.

Vanko getting hit by a car so many times, that annoyed me...

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure he's done similar feats pre-IM2.

Even if that's not the case, repulsor beams are just neutrons and Whiplash uses electrical whips... being able to negate repulsor beams, is not PIS. I really wish people would stop throwing that phrase around as a substitute for actual, logical thinking.

What are you talking about?

You misunderstood. I don't have a problem with whips being able to negate them, no problem at all. It's just there's no way his speed and reaction time would be that good.

But it happens in comic books all time, so it really didn't bother me.

"But it happens in comic books all time, so it really didn't bother me". <--- that.

Ahhhh, ok! I figure he had enough time to do it. As soon as he saw Iron Man lift his hand, he knew what was coming...
