TFU Sidious vs. Galen Marek and TFU Vader
I know the DS ending is non-canon, but after seeing it it is pretty obvious the Emperor pwnt the hell out of Galen. and proceeds to throw the Rouge Shadow on top of him with ease
Can the Emperor do it in TFU. Takes place in the Emperor's observation dome (TFU)

He did not pwn the hell out of anyone. At anytime the Emperor could have retrieved his Saber. The Emperor let himself be knocked around, Notice how he springs up and lightnings the Kota. How would he seduce him to the Dark Side if he didn't let Marek kill a defenseless opponent. Galen can absorb lightning with his hands, but he had to destroy himself to prevent the death of the Senators? Why couldn't he just pwn the Emperor again, didn't you hear what he said.
"Its a trick, he's stronger than you know, and he deserves to die for what he's done to me," Marek. He saw through the Emperor's whole "I'm sooooooooo weak why don't you kill a defenseless old man." Honestly with one hand the Emperor can manhandle Vader with lighting, then he could quickly outduel/ annihilate him with the force.
I really, really doubt that Sidious will be able to beat both of them simultaneously. From what I've heard of Marek, he's a f*cking beast, and Vader's TK is some of the best ever, possibly even surpassing Sidious' own (not thanks to natural talent so much as it was 'cuz Sidious hardly focused on his TK). I'd say that Sidious may, may, may be able to take this if he somehow beats Vader either by lightsaber or force and proceeds to beat down Marek, but I don't think he can withstand the combined power of both of them.

He has some pretty uber feats with it; according to Schwarznegger, he destroyed a bridge easily with the force and proceeded to use its remains as missles, for example. While in a fit of rage, he was able to- through simple force of will- crush an entire laboratory filled with durasteel items. He was able to choke people lightyears away, in addition.

Well this sheds light on the whole mace vs emperor thing. the emperor actually was faking to get galen to join the darkside. Maybe he was doing the same thing with mace and isn't as weak as he looks in everything. And in the DS version, did you see how quickly galen got curbstomped by the emperor?

Marek didn't "pwn" anyone, Jesus Christ, since he's the one lying dead when the smoke clears. He's not yet the Emperor's equal, nor is Vader. Both Vader and Marek fear the Emperor's interference, and statements are made throughout the game, comic, novel, and from Hayden Blackman that Palpatine can to "destroy them both."
But based on powers? The two of them together are capable of beating the Emperor, I'd imagine.

I could be wrong, but still I say palpatine takes it. He could probably disarm Vader like he did to Kota. Or do that to Marek, then proceed to electrocute the shit out of Vader
i don't know about the bridge but, i think he is referring to episode three when vader screams regarding the lab, and the force choking he is referring to bounty hunter wars mandalorian armor when vader emperor and xizor are in a three way conversation.
