That what I've been trying to tell kg and others, he has been traversing galaxies (not even one galaxy) under his own power in hours, that puts his speed well beyond 100x lightspeed. I mean just mentioning he travels galaxy under his own power should tell people like kg that he moves FTL.
And kg the Impulse thing was in Heaven's Ladder a JLA story. Also he states he can move FTL in Hunter/Prey and that was post crisis a long while ago.

Actually if you do the math, even if it took him 100 hours(which it doesn't) to get to another galaxy, that still puts him at 2.2 million times lightspeed...
Regardless. Superman still looses this fight IMO. Surfer is just as fast. They are both universe traverser's. I just want to put into context Supermans speed, for the people who don't believe he is FTL because it doesn't say an exact speed on panel.

I find it funny how Superman is so slow that you have to do the math of how fast you would really think he is.SS is so fast Marvel actually post his speed and shows how fast he is going.
People keep saying Superman went over the speed of light by so much. Can some one even show me a scan of Superman going light speed? From what I see its assumptions.

Yea god forbid we use math that can be easily applied with logic,he went to a different galaxy in less than a day in inf crisis,he went to the sun and back in 1.54 minutes,he went from the vega system to earth in like 1 panel after hearing someone call for help,he went from earth to beyond saturn in 4 minutes all beyond lightspeed by several orders stop being a freaking retard,and bo I would love to see you prove that a alternate reality glads is as strong as superman.
