sexual issues exist in all religions, as do financial ones
having members perform services for more senior member is also not uncommon.
I get what you are saying, and I think there are reasons new religious movements have features like highly charismatic leaders and the like. However, if you define "cult" by specific sexual indiscressions or specific chores, the list of "cults" will be quite limited. For instance, Heaven's Gate was not like either of those, nor were the Branch Davidians, nor do I think the people at Jonestown.
