Anyhow, Im thinking if Supes bullrushes Thor and imposing his close quarters ability then Thor will be in serious trouble.

I dont have to prove he has a magic weakness. Anyone with common knowledge knows Superman has a magical weakness and you need to show that goes away when he is sundipped. So,are you telling me if he went through a red sun he would be fine as well?

King Thor can handle any bullrush Supes throws at him. Supes cant beat someone wit the odinpower like this. His head comes off just like the destroyer's.

thor, thou my favorite marvel character, should win this especially if its king thor as he has the odin power. this is of course in theory. unfortunately, thor is a dumb ass. and taking into account thor's and superman's character, they'd both go at it slugging it out like deepshits.
obviously, superman would be stronger than thor thus giving him the uperhand. and thor being a jackass, would try to still win using his "physical might". which would give superman the win more often than not.
thus, superman for the majority

King Thor has access to Odin-force which will burst hole inside Superman chest. Superman already has shown weakness to magic. Both on panel and told by Superman himself.
King Thor is durable enough to used Odin-force.
