3) If Thor is "in character" then there is no way he leads off with a GodBlast. He'll brawl first every single time; and that will not go well for him.

In the suns' orbit, he completely broke free and even stated that it would be harder for her to control him that close to the sun.
2) For fighting with speed, there is a difference between zipping around the whole fight and sidestepping a hit. Superman does this all the time; he can do it at any time. In JLA/Avengers, he didn't because watching Thor swing at his after-image all day wouldn't have been a good fight. On KMC, he gets to dodge.
3) Again, I didn't not throw the Speed blitz card. My original post is still up, go back and read it again. As for what I am basing the faster fighting on, See #2.
