Cable's TK is his durability. God Cable certainly is high herald level.

God Cable is not a high herald. There is no high herald he could beat for a majority.
And Surfer couldn't do that to Thor or Superman.

D.C. Sun is meant to be like our own Sun (a yellow star). It's not the hottest star. The hottest stars are less than 20x hotter than the Sun.
