Actually the Spectre didn't lose. He misused the power and was punished. He didn't even serve the presence at the time. And the AM was more powerful than a multiverse. The LT couldn't beat Reed. A human. Korvak, who wasn't even more powerful than one Universe. Has the Lt actually defeated any being on panel?

I have seen Black adam dance on the Spectre and Batman kick him. Just sayin. At these characters best Lt stands well above him.

The LT has never defeated a single being on panel that I'm aware of. And there are levels of energy between his and TOAA we know for sure.
Protege reaches it. The Classic MM reaches them. And the Classic Beyonder Reaches them.
