That's probably true. But what if onslaught could still so to thanos what he did to mate grey and franklin anyways. Then what?

Thanos doesnt even have to fight Onslaught.
He could just mindrape him.
Onslaught's durabilty is terrible Cyclops and Thor broke his armor before.

How can Thanos mindrape someone who is more powerful than him in tp?

If you are using that showing against Onslaught then any high herald could be Onslaught. Onslaught wouldn't even be considered a high herald at all.
