Goku takes this in speed, power, and durability. I don't see how Ichigo can win this at all. Hell, Goku's tanked an attack that nuked an island, and the city inside of it, and this was Pre-Raditz. He already has the speed advantage over him, and the same in power and strength.

I wonder is Saiyans can see spirits. If not, then Ichigo will have an advantage of this fight.

Well, Goku can sense Ki, so if the spirits have Ki then yes.
