Kyuubi has unlimited Chakra. So basilly in DBZ terms. Its power would be.

They would not be able to see cell if he was moving and if they could see him they wouldnt be able to do anything because they themselves are not fast enough to react. do you not remember the lee vs sasuke fight.

Jutsu are competely different than Ki blasts. So yea..Proof he can actually absorb something not jutsu? Tell me when he comes in and absorbs fire that wasn't formed with chakra, or absorbs kirin which is natural lightning not ninjutsu.
Talk to me when Sasuke gets somebody in a genjutsu that he's looking at from the side where he could still see the eyes. If you're looking straight at somebody you are going to have eye contact.

One of Sharingan's major weaknesses, is that seeing the next attack is useless if you are unable too react to it. See Lee vs. Sasuke.
Difference here is that Cell is upwards of 100 times faster.
He doesn't even need to be within their range, he can kill them all in one attack from his.
Or just speedblitz them all.
