That's passive reality changes which Thanos should be able to survive. Heck Batman has survived crazier scenarios to his human body.

A spell from Warlock still took him out, while early Supes powered through a skyfather in her own dimension and Dominus active reality manipulation in battle. Supes has also done better than that recently. 🙂

Dos Doomsday still killed Superman. I guess since you want to harp on a weaker Thanos being killed by a ghost Warlock Ill keep bringing up dos Doomsday killing Superman.

Feat wars against Superman is not the way to go with Thanos.

I can also use this against you. With lots of appearances also comes more low showings. Who has beaten Thanos that Superman could beat?

I can think of many situations if Id plug Thanos into where Superman appeared where he would outright dominate where Superman hasnt.

Supes isnt taking on Odin,Maker,power gem Thor,etc. and doing as well as Thanos.

In a lot of scenarios...Superman just has better showings. If Thanos had even 1/5 of the material that Superman had, his showings would average out a heck of a lot more too.

When they first met...Dominus owned Supes...just like Maker owned Thanos. Heck, if she actually used her full power...that fight would have been milliseconds long.

In this scenario Supes beats Thanos. This is how I see it I wouldn't want to be in the bigger, slower and probably weaker Ttitan's shoes in this scenario. If he doesn't put his shields up in time he's going to get beaten to within an inch of his life.

Except how many shots did Thor land on Thanos before he stopped swinging his hammer? Exactly. No reason why Supes stops smashing at Thanos once he's got him reeling like Thor did - before he stopped throwing for whatever reason - even allowing Thanos the time to wipe the blood from his mouth and grin.

Comics never cease to amaze with their PIS. It's called follow-through, and Supes will follow-through until he does what people don't normally do with Thanos: override his durability with a sustained attack.
