Could you just add to the topic please. Thx

You didn't add anything to the conversation that would include anything but your opinion. What would be great is if you could add some facts. BTW, I am not condemning anyone for any behaviors. I, myself have a few... 😂

And he is correct, statistically. (Directed at both you and Deja)
Gaming is becoming more and more popular. So popular, in fact, that becoming THE form of entertainment.....incorporating online social elements, gaming, Hollywood quality story lines, animations, and cut scenes; multi-million dollar budgets, and millions of gamers logging time on just one game alone, all contribute to the reality that holding your ideals on gaming are simply antiquated and almost inapplicable.
There still is a difference on the numbers and types of games between the genders, however, that gap is closing. (On a side note, I think it's awesome that Peach and I guessed female gamers were in the 40% neighborhood and we are off by only 3%. HELL YEAH!)
Deja, gaming is not everyone's cup of tea, but the gaming culture and all things related, should eventually be related to a huge amount to anything you do or entertain yourself with. You've probably watched a game to movie port already and not realized it. The social networking surrounding things like X-Box live and MMOs (massive multiplayer online) are just the beginning. The gaming world may give birth to the future of how everything is done, socially, in the next 20 years.

I posted this before, but it's relevant again, and some of it makes much sense, though of course it is a lot of Science Fiction:

I find it irritating when someone asks me how I can play a video game for 3 hours straight, yet this jackass sits on his butt for 3+ hours to watch a football game. I tell him that at least I'm using my head and hands to complete an objective and have fun. What the hell do you do except sit, fart, and yell "Go team!" and not do anything else?

When I rented Mirror's Edge I sat on my ass for roughly 10 hours straight (save to eat and go to the bathroom) and beat it from start to finish with no shame after I was done with my finals.
Then again, I'm not a guy. XP
