in terms of skill with weaponry, she isn't more skilled, in terms of strength, you've given one feat and I've posted many which show the same amount of strength (although in my opinion the feat was really intended to showcase skilled over strength). In terms of speed shes dodged gunfire, as has every other street leveler, there's really nothing that puts her above blade (blade sword feat of slicing a vampire into several pieces, and him staying together before falling to pieces is a combat speed feat I'm not sure I've seen elektra do)
