The similarities are that Flash jobs to Captain Boomerang, and doesn't use his power set effectively, and Dracula does the same thing with Blade. Blade would have no chance in beating Dracula if he fought to the best of his ablilities... which is why Dracula doesn't use his full powerset when he fights Blade.
Flash, Superman, Hulk, WW and a number of other hero showings range from basically impossible to sucky for them.
Dracula is different in comics. We are talking marvel Dracula here, not every Dracula ever. Blade bested him fair and square. This is what Blade does kill vampires. There is no vampire who could take Blade, even Dracula with full power.
While, there are other Humans who could take Elektra

Do you know anything about Marvel Dracula?
I'm only talking about Marvel Dracula... do you have any experience with him outside of his encounters with Blade? Because it doesn't sound like you do. Go do some research before you open your mouth. Blade literally stands no chance against Dracula using his full powerset. If Dracula wanted he could simply turn into mist, go into Blade's body/lungs and choke him out or if he was in a particularly nasty mood reform while inside Blade. Marvel Dracula has a varied and extensive powerset that he doesn't invoke when fighting Blade, if he did, he would win and it wouldn't even be a fight.

Blade's never displayed speed or strength in excess of any top tier street and has no healing factor feats that even place his healing factor on the same level as Captain America. So.... do the math?
Being a vampire doesn't over rule the fact that he hasn't done anything outside the realm of street level.
And Earth is nice, you should stop by and visit sometime.

I've read every appearance Blade's ever had. Moreover I've read every appearance Marvel Dracula has ever had. I doubt you can say the same on either account.
His best feats are like a whos who of street level characters. Virtually everything has has ever done has been matched and surpased by the kings of street.... but he is a vampire though!!!! ZOMG
