No, Cable lobotomized himself through a device that he tricked Deadpool into piecing together and ultimately used it on himself.

The reason that surfer doesnt use matter manip all the time is the same reason flash gets hit by much much slower characters. PIS. Surfer however has shown that it is within his character to use his matter manip during battle and has done so numerous times. Magneto isnt a matter manipulator and does not have resistance to it so there is absolutely no reason surfer cant do it to him. Cable and X man while they are OK matter manipulators have got nothning on surfer. Surfer has been able to manipulate legacy with the nega bands ( objects with great mater manip powers themselves). Cable and Xman are not even on his level when it comes to matter manip. Not at all.

X-Man or Cables power is suffice to neutralize Silver Surfer. Or else, Surfer would have shut off Cables X-Gene from the go, and not have to go through the trouble of wrecking a city and atomically reconstructing it.

With surfers feats i disagree. The thing is though that surfer matter manipping evryone wud be bad for comics as the fights would end to early. Though for sake argument lets say surfer doesnt use that method to fight, its not his only way of winning. he still has a much higher power oiutput, far superior durability farsuperior speed far superior strength etc.

You have 2 (technically 3) mutants who’s potential is regarded on a cosmic level that risk burn out if they ever attempted to go all out. However when you take into account, the X-Brand mark that helps regulate Nates psi energy, Deadpools healing factor, Darwins retroactive adaptability, and Vulcan’s Omega status to handle limitless energy. I really don’t see themselves burning out anytime soon, with a crap load of power to spare.
The Raw power is their for them to use, I don’t know if this is being disregarded or over looked.
