I'd say Amalgam 1 would take it but it won't be a stomp Amalgam 2 would need to wear down...Darwins abilities make A2 a bit of a pain to dispose of but if A1 starts chucking black holes everywhere he may as well BFR himself.
What are the rules on self BFR and Supermans strength/weaknesses/amping/weakining to radiation in tandem with Surfer's abilities? How does that work?

None of the members of the X amalgam have displayed feats even close to what surfer has done. Vulcan handling "limitless" energy? whats his best feat? featwise surfer still has em beat in almost evry category

I don’t know how Supermans weakness/amping would play out with Surfers abilities. I would say, that his body would be covered by the silver substance protecting him from harmful radiation.

There is no reason why, Team X-Men could not unleash attacks strong enough to break the Surfers board. I thought it would be a good match.
Potentially I see darwin by himself being an apocalypse level character
When Darwin was captured and encased in glass he developed superstrength to break free... Given ample time.... Ie darwin power is stacked on a highly durable and high hf character there is no telling the possibilities.... Therefore I can't answer as I don't know if Vulcan prime would be the same as Darwin alone and even then what Darwin could achieve

If where only dealing with Surfer durability alone yes but then you've got a juice up Supes durability and Thor on top.. I don't think this amalgam could be hurt at all.. 😄

Agreed, I think Aml1 has a clear physical superiority. But because of mimic's abilities, and the the crazy amount of power the summer family has in one body. It would be very very unwise for Amal 1 to think they can win a drawn out fight. IMO they can't.
A bull rush and flat out ground and pound is the smartest way for Amal 1 one to win and they can and will do that.
I'm rethinking what Nate can do.. if he phases he won't be physically hit by Amal 1, giving him enough time to mount a devastating psychic attack. I know SS can phase to I think, but... Amal 2 doesn't need to touch them at all to hurt Amal 1... soo yeah im gonna think about this one longer. Also wondering if Amal 2 can severly hurt Amal 1 even with SS mind defenses (which are the only I can see even have a chance against this mental beast)

Darwin ability to port out to safety as soon as his body could no longer adapt would be quite hard to counter specially pair it with Shaman nate reality jumps however i think its still in Surfers powerset to boldly go where Darwin/Shaman nate go..lol

Ghaur was matter manipulated by Uni-mind turned him into a plasma or emphemerial cloud.. But its untapped power was documented. Overloading a Great Beast speaks for itself. However with Vulcan its not about feat, but the fact that his physiology, is built to handle limitless power. For the X-Men Amalgam, this double dips since now the Twins (Nate’s) count on this Vulcan’s physiology along with Darwins instant adaptation.

when we start talking of untapped power we are just entering into speculation as there are no concrete feats.
Also Surfer has also taken attacks that have shattered his board before without being shattered himself. firelord broke his board but he took numerous attacks from him.
On the other hand surfers power output will likely be too much for the X amalgam to handle. Further as i said before he still has the speed advanatge and strength advantage plus practically every other advantage.

Not really, lightmaster was just going round and round cable but not actually blasting him or anything. then he stopped and cable telekinetically wrapped him in some debris and iirc teleported him to the moon. different ballgame with surfer.
