She has Spider-Man's durability which means that one good shot form SS is going to put her down if he wants. Neither of these powers will hurt Surfer.

1. He is a master at energy and matter manipulation.
2. No weather effects like lightning, fog, cold, hail or whatever won't do a thing to him.
3. There is no metal on his body nor board and any metal she chucks at him will be broken by either a blast or the impact of it hitting his much more durable body.

Storm gets wrecked by the Surfer 10/10
