Nothing which is why I didn't say he would beat her. I asked what could she do. Neither can really put down the other unless one plays it dumb. Its like Magneto vs Juggernaut, or Thanos vs Odin and stuff like that. If those 4 play it smart then neither would win, although the battle of Thanos and Odin would be in Odin's favor, he still couldn't put him down.

Yes, if the result of the distraction is Shocker exploding Wolverine's face, then yes.

Although the face exploding would be far more temporary when applied to Logan.

Either through Storm's or Magneto's powers, Sandman could easily be turned to glass and then shattered.
