Deadpool is, in fact the most irritating individual on Marvel Earth.
He can easily distract Storm and annoy her enough so she focuses on him and not behind her.
Shocker may be useless, but the simple task of sneaking up behind a distracted opponent and blowing their face off is just within his mental range.
