The Ultron incident doesn't prove anything really. A better example of strength/durability would be the Hulk fight, and as far as energy-related the Genis one. Speed, there is the bullet-catching feats, and the tower-reinforcement from the Hulk-series, which took an unspecified amount of time.
I'd say Superman has a definitive speed advantage, at or above Sentry level strength and possibly inferior durability. Enough for him to get a majority, imo.
I say we should cut the jokes and start some debating, or otherwise this board is going down the drain. (which is why I've made this thread, because some good debates might spring out of it)

There's also him flying to the sun in a few seconds (or minutes) several times. I'd give Sentry the edge in speed...as far as strength goes, I think the hellicarrier thing should be forgotten and we should (as you suggest) look more at the WWH battle, and The Collective battle - both of which he, roughly speaking, holds his own. Flip a coin, maybe. IMO Bloodlusted Sentry would be harder to put down than bloodlusted DOS Supes.

and Im not sure Thor is as durable as Supe (depends which version of Supe tho)
