I think it's a pretty good battle. I honestly just see Sentry a tad bit ahead of Dos Superman. I guess it comes down to the fact that I can't see DoS Supes giving WWh all the could handle and making him burn out as Sentry did. I think Strength is about even, speed is also close with an edge to supes, however I give the edge in versatility and power output to Sentry prettly clearly and I also give him durability edge

There was one joke in this thread, the one I made. 😬
It was a general statement, not tied only to this thread. There's pretty much almost nothing interesting as far as debating/discussions go on this board, and there hasn't been anything in quite a while.

There's also him flying to the sun in a few seconds (or minutes) several times. I'd give Sentry the edge in speed...as far as strength goes, I think the hellicarrier thing should be forgotten and we should (as you suggest) look more at the WWH battle, and The Collective battle - both of which he, roughly speaking, holds his own. I'd call their strength about equal. Durability, I'm sort of lost. Supes was torn apart by DOS DD. Sentry was wrecked by WWH...both of them were able to finish the fight.Flip a coin, maybe. IMO Bloodlusted Sentry would be harder to put down than bloodlusted DOS Supes.
Yes, but flying speed and combat speed are two different things. And in terms of combat-related speed feats, Superman has an advantage. I'm not really counting low-showings like the hellcarrier feat, since both of them are at their best in this. The Collective fight was a relativly good feat but not really helpfull, since it was specifically stated that the only reason he is doing good against him is because he was inexperienced. The WWH fight is probably his best physicall feat.

and Im not sure Thor is as durable as Supe (depends which version of Supe tho)
DoS Superman.
And possibly inferior, as in 'up for discussion'. Both have impressive durability showings.
DOS Superman -
-Resisted skyfather level magical transmutation.
-Easily took the explosion of a moon.
-Casually tossed a city sized mountain into the sun...from Earth.
-Beat Lobo and Lar-Gand (Daxamite) at the same time.
-Performed a punch said by narration to be unstoppable by any force in the universe.

I don't remember this one. Where ?
I'd also like to add:
-seeing lightning in slow motion and intercepting lightning many times.
-creating a prison from debris in a matter of moments in order to hold the pocket-universe kryptonians
-while not being in contact with solar energy for weeks, constantly travelling through hyperspace and fighting numerous battles, breaks free from a machine in which Mongul put him in and knocks him down in a number of blows (this is after Mongul commented on how Supes heat-vision could have crippled him if Superman wanted)
-beating kalibak
-even before adopting the superman identity, he was capable of running dozen scenarios through his brain in less than a microsecond and later he is suggested to have nano-second reaction time.

i remember reading that, but at the time i was thinking it was kind of slow, considering his other speed feats...

It's in the original respect thread and I believe Roscharch posted it.
Good additions.
