Ergo: She basically was at McClane's mercy, he let her live.
She showed her appreciation of this by then throwing him through a window, which ultimately would lead to McClane killing her.

I've been looking for a youtube clip of that, as I vaguely remembered McClane getting the upper-hand on her first, letting her live (because he's a cop) and them fighting again and her receiving a V-8 engine enema for her audacity.
So clearly, the ninja-girl did not "pwn" him h2h.
