I say Superman. for a Superman story, Superman Beyond was beyond fantastic.

I agree, and it was very good compared to the res of Final Crisis. Though, I still like revelation more and is probably still my favorite of all

No, Thanos is just that awesome. One of the most powerful, wisest, durable and invulnerable cosmic elementals in comics. Whether you feel posters are biased or not is your perogative.

I think the Presence can. A plot device did end up stopping him and the reality gem is another plot device that could get it done.
