It's in the god damned definition of the word.

It's like saying that Batman's skin is blue. It simply is not.

Look, I didn't write the story! Mandrakk isn't just a villian. He is the concept of evil!! Heck, the book with infinite knowledge even calls Mandrakk a god.

The Monitors are like gods, they're stronger than most gods even. This doesn't make anyone omnipotent.

What about the part where he is actually the biggest threat and that he is the concept of all evil in every book?

The hell are you talking about now? Really?

Paul said that an omnipotent being was unable to stop Mandrakk, which I disagreed with. You jump into the discussion, but you do not really offer any kind of argument. You've just made weird statements. Yes! What about the part of him being the biggest threat? Okay? This matters how?

Your point? Odin is a god and even is referred to as omnipotent. Darkseid, Ares, and so on are gods.

Okay forget about that "weird" statement, but what about what he represent? He is the concept of evil. He isn't just a villain, he is the concept of evil from every story.

I know.

And an omnipotent being would still be able to stop him immediately.

Why? an omnipotent being only has power of his own creation. Mandrakk is not his! Mandrakk isn't even from DCU. He comes from the void

No, that is not a truly omnipotent being. If we follow such a weak definition, Mephisto is omnipotent. Or Franklin Richards. Anybody with a tiny dimension to rule is omnipotent then. But they are not -actually- omnipotent beings. They have control over a very limited area.

God in comics is the writer, the only omnipotent being. And he defeated Mandrakk.

You really buy into anyone's stock who claims they are omnipotent, huh?

Exactly! only the creator can beat Mandrakk, or someone he says that can.

Btw: When I said his creation, I meant DCU as a whole. IF the presense created DCU, he still never created the monitors. In fact, the monitors were eating the DCU(if they are evil like Mandrakk). Does this includes characters like Micheal, Lucifer, Source, Presense? That all depends on your viewpoint

If he cannot expel a being from his creation, he isn't omnipotent.

Plain and simple.

Then the same thing can be said about everyone else who is Omnipotent.

-Thanos with the HOTU was basically Omnipotent. He has god's power in his hand! He defeat and absorbed everyone. With omnipotence, and unlimited knowledge, he still manages to kill himself form existence?
-Spectre with the power of the Presense backing him up and (other beings) still lost to AM.
-Then there is that Girl in DCU who is the Presense. In the beginning, she has all the power of a omnipotent being yet, she looks like she is limited. She doesn't know what power she has despite being omniscient
-Mxy proves he is Omniscient, yet he doesn't know that Superman is going to beat him with the same tactic?
- There is that being (forgot name) who steal or has the power of god. Yet, he loses it. He couldn't control it correctly, but doesn't change the fact that he had the power which gave him omnipotent(meaning absolute power) and he couldn't CONTROL it? what?

Point is, despite them being Omnipotent, there is stll only ONE REAL omnipotent being. He is the writer, and Mandrakk with Superman represent that. Mandrakk is the Concept of Evil and Superman is the Concept of Good. His story+ca+other things>Mandrakk

Okay....

Posting limits of beings that are not omnipotent does not really help Paul's case in the least. It hasn't changed a single bit. An omnipotent being could beat Mandrakk.

Thanos is not omnipotent with HOTU?
The Presense is not Omnipotent?
The girl who was the vessel of the Presence was not omnipotent?

Are you suggesting that there are two omnipotent beings? 1-Writer, and 2- A being like...TOAA

The TOAA is the writer.

Do you not understand that only the writer is truly omnipotent in comics?

TOAA is the writer? What?? He was in the comic! He appeared to Peter Parker to talk sense into him!

Besides that, there is only one TRUE omnipotent and he is the writer as you say. Though, there are other omnipotent beings that represent the writer.
