a mental attack might give MM a few wins and even then i doubt it.. due to his average TP showings Thor wouldnt go down to a mental assault.
maybe 2 to 3 wins for MM on TP alone.
everything else physical fight MM doesnt have a prayer due to Mjonlir energy attacks and whatnot.
MM phasing isnt goin to help him avoid a magic amp hammer throw for long if MM manages to surprise thor with that trick.

well, comparable strngth and durability (with superman edging him only for a little bit IMO), speed on Supes side but him also having magic weakness (depending on how the writer wants to portray it) doesn't make it too unfair in h2h... adding that Thor has greater energy (mystical) projection abilities among other tricks I dout Supes can shool it as u mention
