I don't see Diana beating MM in a straight slugfest, not in a forum fight. His body is way too malleable to get beaten by fists, if she has weapons maybe, without them MM will overwhelm her with shape shifting. Same for Supes, he'd need to use his other powers to put down MM in a forum with his HF and his level of shape shifting.
In comics MM is Whorf, a guy who everyone admits is arguably the most powerful regular in the JLA but is used by writers to hype up the level of a threat (new or old), basically he's susceptible to PIS.

Diana can shit Zeus' lightning, deflect any projectile, slice through (presumably) all matter, and can channel the ultimate truth. This is all in addition to flying brick stats that surpass Manhunters.

They are stronger and more durable than humans, but not to the extent that a human can't defeat them in physical combat. Riker, Picard, and Kirk have all proven that.
