Samus didn't get much defense in the debate.

Nobody mentioned the abilities that Samus could do in Prime 3. Of course even before that, she could easily wipe the floor with Link. With Prime 3, she can go Hypermode and unleash Phazon on his ass or simply X-Ray Vision and Nova Beam his weak spots.

Not sure Link has faced energy weapons, certainly not the likes used by Samus or other sci-fi entities. He may not be able to take such concentrated heat.

Link hasn't faced enemies immune to conventional enemies. Some of Metroid's weak enemies (War Wasps) are capable of penetrating steel. Imagine the stronger foes.

His little sword and arms couldnt even hit her if she can go at any major speed. Let alone damage her.

Been debated for 300 pages on Smashboards. If you bump the thread, you'll get about 1 page of reposts, and nothing more. I personally refuse to touch Samus v.s. Link. The fanboys on SWF make BT look tame, and reasonable.

Also, for the record, Kain has no defense in this thread.
