he is already God Rugal when he lift Gouki's body. look at the picture beside the text.

The one I had was a zoomed out pic, but its among the mounds and mounds of discs I ve accumulated over the 4 years since I seen it. And I'm certainly NOT digging that out to satisfy someone else's curiosity reguarding 1 pic.

First, Rugals arm length isn't 2 meters from shoulder to fingertip... 2nd, he was on the floor...

As for his legs missing, like I said, his legs where burned off from around wait down in that zoomed out pic of the one in the opening scene of that clip I showed you, it's ieven there a a little, look in the top left hand corner., blood and burned bits

Then look at G.Rugals intro, All I said was that they didn't do a character portrait for O.Rugal for the speech bubbles, that doesn't dismiss my claim. How else are you going to reconcile the power difference without resorting to "Capcom made a stupid choice"?

even morrigan and lilith had a difference. their color. and please remember that :

1. Omega Rugal isn't playable
2. The picture is God Rugal's.
3. There's no proof he is Omega Rugal. even there's no scene where he transform into Omega.

if you said he is still sucking Gouki's power, I can also said he still lift Gouki when he already finished suck Gouki power or he is in process of sucking Gouki's power so that's what made his hair already white.
