Ok,let me get my say into this. If it is Shin Bison from EX3. Then that guy is unbeatable. He has UNLIMITED Super Combo ability. So that basically is saying he has unlimited energy because he keeps absorbing negative energy from fighters. Also Shin Bison can make multiple forms of himself,the most is probably 3.He multiplies himself 3 times when he does his Scissors Kick Meteor. The amount of copies he can do varies. Because normal Bison in the VS. series teleports by making around 20 copies of himself on screen. Also Shin Bison can resurrect himself. Most Street Fighter when you fight Bison and beat him he comes back fully powered up, to see this in action and also the first appearance of Shin Bison play EX 2. There is a code to fight Shin Bison in a one on one fight. Pretty much just like the EX 3 version,however in EX 2 when you go to fight him you see an intro scene of regular Bison on the floor and another Bison hovering above him laughing,then the laughing Bison goes and merges with the Bison on the floor and then his suit turns white and transforms him inot SHin Bison. So that is the proof of him resurrecting himself.
