Adam only hit him with magic empowered lightining, and Mordu only hit him with a half arsed blast.
RKT had the rune spell's surrounding him,SMP has never faced any actual spell casting attack's.
Hell RKT erased Mangog from reality with ease,if it would work on SBP, who know's.

Ion was inexperienced and the other heroes were nothing compared to the Dark Celestial gods that couldn't stop Thor from ending Ragnarock. Notice that even before rune magic Thor had feats like recreating planets, transporting whole dimensions and even destroy "indestrructable" objects. Those people that took on Prime have nothing on him. I could say that OF Thor might have a hard time against Prime but Rune King is at Celestial level

Then he also has other dangerous forms of attack like time manip/mental attacks which arent even direct application of magic to prime but will still be very deadly.
There is also still mjolnir and we know how devastating the mjolnir/energy combination can be (able to wreck a desaak empowered destroyer in one shot).
