A wrestler doesn't have to portray Croc just because he's a big guy, they could easily get someone who can be the character physically as well as act the role to perfection. Besides that, I have a hard time believing Nolan would ever cast a wrestler as any character in the Batman universe.

true, I doubt Nolan would, but I don't think any actor would portray Croc the way he should be portrayed

I don't think that's true. There are tons of actors out there, so I'm sure Nolan would find someone who can do the role justice. Nolan is perfect with his casting (excluding Katie Holmes, of course).

Sadly, this is true, but it would be nice to see how Nolan would realistically tackle Croc's character. I know it can be done, and Nolan is just the guy to do it. He'd be able to actually take Croc seriously, unlike a lot of directors who'd probably make him laughing material.
The Villains I'd somehow like to see worked in there would maybe be Bane as the antagonist. He would be portrayed as in Knightfall, an intelligent martial artist that manipulates others to achieve his goal. Black Mask and Hush would be my next choices for primary villains with Riddler be a re-occuring yet not main threat. Freeze is who I'd most like to see a the main antagonist though just because of his tragic character and background but Nolan likes to be grounded in reality so it'd be difficult to create a realistic Freeze.
