Actually, there was an interview put on RottenTomatoes sometime last year in which Kate said she would do it if they came and talked to her. She made a joke about her husband never forgiving her if she turned it down, but she never came out and said she wouldn't do it. Thing is, I could see Nolan actually casting her seeing as he casts people with real talent.
And even a few weeks later, I find it hilarious people believe that Megan Fox rumor is true, when she doesn't have nearly enough talent to take on a role like Megan Fox.

Idk who interviewed her, but she said she'd be pretty open to the idea. I think she's a fantastic actress so her as Catwoman is something I could see working. Plus, she's had experience with action movies, and it wouldn't be totally new to her.
