I like Firefly, but for some reason I'd rather he stay out of this series, to be brutally honest.

if firefly makes an appearance in a batman film..bring on the Batwing

second worst rumor I've heard for Batman 3...

I didn't click the links but I'm going to go ahead and take a guess and say they are about those stupid "Miley Cyrus as Batgirl" rumors. You have to be mentally challenged to believe Nolan would put Miley's ass anywhere near this franchise. She couldn't act her way out of a wet paper bag.

the first is yeah... why Nolan would even talk that doesn't make any sort of sense...

the second link talks about Batman 3

who does DC think its fooling...i love the last part of the second article...

"In fact, why rush when taking time to develop Warners' superhero pics can lead to a revived Batman franchise that dominates at the box office, instead of a high-profile stumble like "Catwoman" or the lukewarm reception afforded "Superman Returns?"

The only ones clamoring for the films are the fans. And that's just the way Warner Bros. wants it."

😆 ......Superman returns was not a rushed movie...this is big time spin!

Growing up DC comics were my prefered company..though i love marvel also...i always felt DC had a smarter more intelligent line of comics....but this spin is bull, it seems there is lots of confusion and lack of leadership or focus on thier movies...its hinted that DC being part of WB is the problem....and i dont see any real plan from them

The Nolan Batman franchise is not my cup of tea.....I liked Begins...but hated TDK....maybe the third one will wow me?...but as a company wide move, making fans wait for thier movies is a big mistake i.m.o

Why did you hate The Dark Knight?

a GL video game? wicked awesome.

Scarecrow please. This time in full on revenge, fully fledged scumbag supervillain mode.

I still think The Riddler could work. The Joker worked. The Riddler can work. Narcissistic cyber-criminal with a side to him you can empathise with like any good villain, there, there's one idea straight away. He doesn't dress up in question marks or even call himself The Riddler, he just wears a suit with a bit of green on it - maybe Riddler is just his hacker name, like "Neo" or something. Have him maybe as an agent of the League Of Shadows, this time acting to disrupt the economy of Gotham via staged terrorism amd more manipulation of fear and mistrust - I'd love to see them return and bring the story full circle to the first, hopefully with Ra's back, still as committed to his cause as ever.

Or some assassin like Deadshot brought in legitimately by the government or something to hunt down Batman. You could link it with Riddler in that the Riddler constantly frames Batman (why? because he can, he's a narcissist that likes to solve the puzzle of people and tell the world how awesome he is - he's an extremist nerd) , only serving to make Batman more and more of a perceived villain to the public while Deadshot becomes the perceived hero. That'd be fun, although it's a bit Batman Returns.

Scarecrow had his time and i don't think will be coming back

I say Bane or Deadshot . I think The Riddler unless done just right by the right actor would be a terrible mistake like Jim Carrey's was .

We're all gonna be REALLY disappointed if this film isn't as good as Batman Begins.

i won't be because i want it to be as good as Batman Begins

Me too man.

I think Deadshot should be in Batman 3 since he appeared in Batman: Gotham Knight. He shouldn't be the main villain though but a hitman working for the main villain (only if the main villain will be a mob boss) similar to how Bane was working for Poison Ivy in B&R. Or he should make a small cameo like Scarecrow did in TDK except make it longer by a few minutes.

Might as well not have him at all then. That would hardly do Lawton any justice in the least.

Agreed. If they're going to use Deadshot, he should be one of the main villains, not just one we see for a few minutes. His character deserves more than a cameo.

yes he does, thats why if he ever is in a batman movie he will be top billing or the very least the second villain

Not do a Batman Begins either.

Where his character is milked up until he becomes the bad guy for 3 minutes and runs off, to make way for the REAL villain.

Agreed. Deadshot is too much of a threat for him to only have a few minutes of screentime. Truthfully, he's one of those villains that is great, but isn't as known as some of the other bad guys.

Indeed. Deadshot had quite a few chances to kill Batman himself in the comics but chose not to. Shows how different Lawton is from the rest. 😛

Wait, wait, why did he choose not to kill him?

I'll tell you guys someone else I'd like to see in Batman 3; Killer Croc. He's definitely not far off the chain of realism, and it'd be an interesting physical challenge for Batman, as well as mental depending on how smart Nolan were to make Croc.
