Why?

I think The Punisher, Wolverine, and Bullseye would have the best odds of getting information from people. They love to hurt people, have no qualms about maiming or killing, and they all know several nasty and brutal ways to inflict pain.

Norman would likely go for psychological torture, like killing off family members and loved ones.

Daredevil would definitely put the hurt on someone, but will eventually stop before he seriously injures someone.

Don't know about the Question, and I don't see Batman using anything but intimidation to extract information.
