Diana doesn't speedblitz her opponents often. She prefers to use skill and strength.
However when she faces say Superman or Captain Marvel, than of course she gets serious.
Under the new CIP rules, Diana will fight cautiously against the Gorgon since she doesn't know who he is.
However when she realizes she up against a speedblitzer, she'll ramp her speed to counter his.
And please don't say he's faster than her....

The Shattered God was an uppity god that Zeus and various other pantheon gods defeated and shattered into a million pieces.
Then they scattered the pieces to the farthest edges of the universe in every direction. I.E. The Source Walls. With the Earth being at the center
Like scattering rocks at the every possible edge of a lake.
The Shattered God reformed himself and came at Wonder Woman from every possible direction from the edges of the universe.
Now unless those pieces were teleporting, they were travelling at INSANE speeds.

2. imo, the fight where she fought zoom blind contained an overwhelming amount of PIS that completely underwrote zoom/flash character.

Actually, no. Her bracelet's magical properties protected her from the Gorgon's glare. It's not an ordinary reflective surface.

It was fine with me. She was blind and Zoom was owning her by knocking her ass around the world.
She used the rocks in a calculated fashion to make him dodge his way directly into the path of her lasso.
Which has been shown many times to capture speedsters. Because the lasso doesn't follow the laws of physics. It can go as fast as Diana wants it to.
