But, people whined over Trump getting an extra scoop of ice cream, that was a story lol. So in your other post you said both sides do this stuff, that is 100% correct. I have said it before: both sides are pieces of shit, but in different ways.
Here is the issue: both sides aren't equally represented in the media. Our media is 90% left leaning. So even though both sides do it, the media manipulates it so it seems like one side does it drastically more. That is the issue. I did not see some on the left throwing a fit over the extra ice cream scoop story lol.
Plus hey Melanias shoes are important subjects too.

Originally posted by SurturThe US media used to be very heavily pro-right back in the day, so things change, but they never change, either. I've said it before but in the UK we get the opposite, our media is hugely right-leaning in terms of coverage at the moment, most of the papers and new channels are in the pockets of huge media moguls who can't stand the fact that the leader of the left is considering taxing them appropriately, so obviously they're throwing a huge hissy fit and trying to smear him every way they can. Shit's dumb, yo.

Back in the day maybe, but I'm concerned with now, when the media is very pro left and it is causing actual harm.
Originally posted by SurturI think the media leaning in any direction causes harm, the media should actually just be impartial, but apparently that's too difficult to manage for some reason
