I meant the race thing not even necessarily from a racism point of view. It's just easy to be like "well the shooter was brown, so if we stop brown people coming in, we will have less terror" but with a white guy, you can't stop white people coming in because most of the country is white, so it gets harder to think of ways to stop those kind of attacks
