Well if it isn't sexism, then what is it? And I'm not talking about the difference between some workaholic guy and a woman on maternity leave. I'm talking about the rest of it
It is life choices lol. It's not just maternity leave. Women, on average, are more likely to take more time off than men, and that is even if you remove maternity leave.
They have different goals than men, they make different job choices. Men are more likely to die at work than women. Why, Scrib? Are we just bumbling idiots and these women are just super duper good at the same jobs? Nope, because in certain areas men work more. Notice you will have feminists complain about the lack of female CEO's, but never the lack of female sanitation or construction workers.
They choose to work less hours, less days. On average choose to take more time off for family(not just maternity leave, but doing what my mom did and moving from full time to part time when I was about 8 to spend more time with us).
Men are more likely to ask for a raise than a woman. There is a whole shitload of factors. It very rarely is "she be having a vagina yo!". There are so many factors they ignore so they can play the victim. It should piss off anyone who truly believes in equality that they manipulate people(especially younger women) into believing these lies.
