Doom's armor and sorcery kept him protected from Dormammu's influence for now and he finished creating the time portal. His will was the main thing granting him resistance so he easily continued his exit. Albion and Brian were laid out on the ground, Brian's confidence was completely gone and he was absolutely powerless.

"No...we've failed..."

"Do not rush greatness Spider-Man, and do not try to order it around, I am going of my own free will, not because you believe that you and your friends are "allowing" me to go. DOOM has won the day, not you. I'm sure that I will be seeing you all soon."

And with that Doom left through the portal and arrived back in his library in Latveria. With his new knowledge he began to conjure up a new spell. He looked over at Loki who was sitting there awaiting his return.

"Watch closely my dear for you may just learn a thing or too. Before my journey your Asgardian magic gave you a slight advantage over me, but DOOM has closed the gap with this new power."

Loki just sat there, legs crossed and a sultry smile crept across Loki's face. Doom continues to focus on his spell as it begins to spread across the entire universe.

"Dormammu, only wants to enslave the people and torture their souls. The time he would've accomplished was before DOOM's ascension to power, before most of DOOM's ancestors even. Today DOOM not only wins the battle, not only does DOOM win the war, but DOOM wins the thanks and appreciation of all life on Earth and lives yet to have come. Dormammu, in a one on one confrontation the odds would've been stacked in your favor, but even you are no match for DOOM's godly intellect, now I banish thee demon from this realm for all of eternity. You shall never walk this earth again as long as DOOM draws breath."

Doom finished the spell and awaited the results, but he already knew what the outcome would be.

The Door was almost all the way open when a magical barrier appeared around it. Before Dormmamu could even speak the door dissapeared as it was blocked from the realm. Hood looked up and sighed he now understand why he was needed in the first place. He snapped his fingers and him and the Wrecking crew vanished.

Spider-man stood up slowly and held his head "oww. what ever happend to Fe Fi Fo Fum"

Danny stood up and walked over to Emma, He reached down and stood her up "are you ok?"

Emma looked into his eyes."No.I could feel the evil when it spoke.It was so powerful.That fear you never get out your head"

XT-Rhino calmed himself and stood up, quite confused.

Spider-man thought he should lighten the mood

"So was i seeing things or does Hood Work for a giant door?" he said cheerfully

Albion was growing weaker which only meant that Brian was slowly dying due to his powers being gone.

"S-Someone...save Brian...I won't die because of...his la..lack of confidence..."

Sue looked puzzled as to what the door had to do with anything.

Elektra had no idea what to do next it was almost like a blink and miss,She looked at some of the others who were looking the same with the kind of puzzled expressions that she had on her face right now.

Emma looked dead into Albion eyes.Her normal sweet loving personality had all but faded thanks to his wild onsluaght of emtions toward the group.More so toward Shalimar and herself."I want you to know I could end you now.I could drain every last bit of his confidence.Emma held her hand up for the rest of them to stay out of this matter."I may not be an hero like the rest of you but I won't let either of you die."Emma walked over to Brian and placed his head on her lap as she stroked his hair."You saved my friend.For that and many other reasons I think this group needs to give you an standing ovation.Even if they don't Brain listen to what their emtions say.Now your an good leader,even an great one.Surly there must be something you can draw off.Like the first time you won an battle,your wife,even the fact that Fury has you leading this team."While Emma spoke with him she looked down at him the whole time while one of her psionic metal blast appered just before her head.As she let it go and it made conact with Brian's head the ball let little fragments of psionic dust that went flying around them."Now get up Brian. Your move than the man for this time.

Shalimar looked over at Spider-man.Emma powers were always creepy from the way she used them but this one had to be an all time high"I'm glad we got her.

Galaxia held on to her Star Staff, kneeling down and a look of confusion and worry on her face. She bit her lower nervously.

Albion kept quiet so he could preserve as much of his strength and energy as possible, but what might happen when all of this is said and done is a different story. Brian slowly clenched his fists but it still wasn't enough, he was still dying, but little did they all know that Merlyn was watching them from Otherworld, he gazed upon their eyes and minds and felt their desire for their leader to stand once more. He sees Brian's desire to finally bring this team together as one, he sees his desire to help certain ones grow and realize their full potential like Galaxia. Merlyn decides to give Albion another chance at life since he hasn't done anything too selfish. Merlyn possess Galaxia and raises her staff above Brian's head and she begins to help Emma revive him.

"I will help too Ms. Emma"

They said with their voices in unison. The energy started entering his body in the form of stars and Brian could feel the powers of Otherworld coursing through his body again and he arose anew. Merlyn left her body and continued to watch over them as usual. Brian looked over at Emma and Galaxia and thanked both of them for their aid. No one had a clue what really happened, not even Albion himself.

"I heard everything, thank you, you two. I really appreciate it, but we're going to have to have a talk when we get back Emma. Galaxia, because of your loyalty and devotion to our cause and your selflessness I ask that you join us, you too Caduceus. I know that we are from different times, but you are a part of our team whether or not you choose to follow us or stay here."

Just then Merlin teleported them all out of the temple and back to the door with Silver by their side. It was time for her to answer for crimes. He was refreshed and able to do all of the things he was once able to do.

"It pains me to say this my dear Elizabeth, but you have broken the oath that you swore to uphold. You interfered in the Trials of Avalon, although your intentions were good and for the sake of all of humanity, but an oath is an oath. Now I must cast judgment upon thee...forgive me my child. Elizabeth Engelbrekt of Guise, I hereby strip you of your title as temple guardian. Furthermore you are hereby banished from not only Camelot but Avalon as well. Go now and live your life in exile."

Just then he speaks the rest to her mentally. "Relax my child, for I am not angry with your decision. They are a wonderful group of people, and you deserve to be a part of them. Go now and see the world you've always wanted to see, go and live your life and seek new adventures.

Spider-man looked around at everyone and scratched his head

"I still say with all these new people we need a team name more then ever"

Galaxia looked at Brian and smiled. Even though she didn't know what just happened, it felt like another took over her body. Then suddenly, vanished.

"You're welcome, Mr. Brian. And yes, I will join you guys. My loyalty rest with you all."

Galaxia thought. Then an idea came to mind. "I know! How 'bout... The Great League!"

Spiderman thought for a brief moment then shook his head and began to come up with more random names

"or maybe, The Fantastic Society of Avenging Justice

"I'll leave that for you all to decide. I must say though, that Doom surprises even me sometimes. I sensed the origin of the power that banished Dormammu from this realm and it turned out to be Doom."

"So we owe our lives to Doom now? He is the reason why Dormmamu can't enter our world? I will never understand that man's true intentions. Anyway we must leave back to our time, Merlin if you will. I promise I will take care of these three, Caduceus, Galaxia, Silver, welcome to the team, the....Knights of Excalibur?"

Brian was unsure of the name but everyone else was throwing them in.

XT made a random team name comment aswell.

"...How about MMMM..."

He began to feel somewhat hungry...

"...*Ahem*...Merlin's Mighty Magnifiscent Meatbags!..."

He was then reminded of meatball head, and pondered what happened with her.

Danny shrugged "Saviors of Fate. or maybe Warriors of Power"

Galaxia smiled up at Brian. Then she looked at everyone else, while trying to decide a name for their team.

Merlin shook his head in disbelief and laughed at all of their comments. With but a wave of his staff he opens a time portal to their time and transports them back home. He then heads back to Camelot to live out the rest of his life. Albion was back at full strength as well but he decided to wait until later to handle Emma.

"Well this isn't Fury's base.

Matt shrugged he got the feeling the portal didn't take them to where they were supposed to of gone.
