"You put phenomenal faith in your team" Silver commented as the group followed his orders and went ahead without him. "My duty may be the temple and the prize, but I can stand by no longer Brian. With the last one past the guardian, I'll keep the guardian busy and you go. Your team will need you more than I need my duty"
Silver took a stance of battle and eyed Brian. "When you are ready, Captain. And this is not a debate. I can get by him when I wish, but you can not. I'll catch up"
"But you can't do this. I haven't read the official rule book about these trials...I doubt there is an actual book, but wouldn't you get in trouble if you interfered and actually helped us?"
Brian worried about her as if she was a part of the team, but he knew he couldn't change her decision so he left without an answer, on the way he grabbed Rhino and Elektra and flew through the door. After setting them back down he turned around and thanked her for her sacrifice.
"I will repay this debt to you before we leave, one way or another I swear."
After that he turned around and spoke out loud to his team.
"That woman has a heart bigger than all us. I hope you all learn from her selflessness."
They moved into the Final room and it was much larger then any of the others. It was empty except for two large gates on both walls and a sealed door at the end of the room. As they walked numerous weapons appeared on the wall and a bunch of skeletons and old armor from past attempts at the power.
"umm guys my spider-sense is tingling" right as Spider-man said that the two gates opened and two dragons walked out one a Fire Dragon and one an Ice one. They looked down at the heros and roared loudly emense heat and cold come from there respective mouths.
Not...now..."
The sight of the dragons was a sight to see. They were gargantuan in size and ferocity. Albion stood forth and wondered what would be the best course of action. He wanted to focus on their attack and movement patterns first.
"Um excuse me Shalimar but you may want to back away from them before they either A. incinerate you, or B. freeze you."
~Reeka flew into the next room, simply just passing the Stone Guardian. She flew over to the two dragons and waved at them. The two just stared at her a moment before the Fire one opened its mouth and engulfed the small hovering child in flames. Reeka shrieked, but when the flames died she was still there and slightly charred.~ Hey! Deja! that wasnt nice! Now im all smokey and you messed up my cloths... not that it matters.. she spoke the last part to herself. She then snorted and smoke emitted from her nostrils. my friends here need to get by so could you guys be pals and move out of the- the Ice one roared out loudly and right in Reekas face. Her eyes widened and she wiggled a finger in her ear. Because they are my friends thats why. Hey they didnt Hurt Mister Stone Man so they dont- The fire one roared this time. ... oh... that wasnt my fault... well okay It was. I was hungry and you didnt look like you were gona eat it! Reeka crossed her arms and pouted. They bickered back and forth a few more moments before she rolled her eyes and flew down to Spiderman. He is mad cause I ate his moose yesterday. He isnt in the mood to do me any favors... He is being very very rude.. I have an idea as to how to move them though if you want to get by easily.... at least Deja anyway. the other... Well your on your own.
~Reeka grinned evily and flipped around before flying to the Fire dragon.~ ...... im gona tell mommy that you tried to fry me if you dont move. She crossed her arms and glared. The fire dragons head jerked back in surprise then lowered it. He growled slightly and Reeka nodded. Fine ill get you a new one just.. go lay down or something. I know you would rather be doign that anyway. She threw her hand back as she spoke signaling annoyance. The Fire dragons eyes narrowed before he snorted smoke and turned to lay at one side of the room. The ice dragon roared in anger and glared at Reeka. The Fire dragon made noise as if it was laughing. Uh oh.... AAHH! Reeka flew down and behind spiderman. He didnt like that I threated Deja. Umm.. good luck! She patted Spiderman on the head then flew off.~
He was right of course. By interfering in their trials, Silver had violated her purpose, but it seemed as if so much more than her head and theirs was on the line here.
In her distracted state, the guardian landed a hit and Silver was shot through the room and impacted the wall hard. Hard enough to ensure her inability to further aid the party. Yet she was strong enough to take lightning form and vanish in the cracks of the temple.
As she traveled, she kept pondering what wicked fate had in store for her.
"No Albion, no one will get hurt. Not attack shall hit us. I want you all at full health when we get out of here so you can all thank our guide for her help. Albion let's go, I'll run a distraction and you attack."
Brian took flight and got the dragon's attention, he emitted an abnormally cold aura. Brian fought against the frigidness and kept up his distraction. Albion found a blind spot and attacked the back of it's neck with two punches but with little results. They both retreated back to their team to reassess the situation.
"It's like punching an adamantium wall...back with Uru. We need a new plan."
