Thor was one of his most powerful incarnations in that arc... and he failed to KO Logan with that Punch OR knock him into orbit.. he DID however resort to his Odin Power FTW... again, something that isn't to be debated here.

A bit of a loaded question as it assumes Thor to be freely punching Logan at his whim...
The question should be Is it more likely Thor will punch both Logan and Creed into orbit (even though he's only done this two times in his career)
than it is for Creed and Wolverine to beat him by cutting him to pieces? (Even though they've done this to high end bricks all over their career)

I'll admit that it's premature to suppose much about his durability now versus classic incarnations though. I can't imagine that it would be much more durable if at all than the Thor Wolverine cut through, but I won't deny that possibility exists.
