That truck provided no protection, as the bullets went completely through it, he might as well been in cardboard. Yet his luck pulled him through an impossible scenario yet again.

She then recovered (because he let her), and landed two hits on him, the last one was a kick that knocked him out the window. He then came back and killed her, because he had enough.
So no, she didn't "pwn" him at anytime.
