So I just reread through this thread yesterday, and I was pretty funny. At least, I made myself lol.

The N64 cannot show real world physics so they just made Link do any number of funnny little actions. Their showing hes strong but their not showing hes a 1000 tonner because A: the developers rarely if ever get that technicle but more importantly B: The physics shown are not realy physics, if it was on a newer system where they can actually take into account arc, forces when the block falls etc then sure, maybe it would work but nah. DMC, GoW 3, LoK? sure, the physics could be half believable, link barely lifting the block and then tossing it without hardly movement? nopies!nah he would never need a weapon, he could just pick up a few rocks and smash them through the objects.
First off, do you realize you just replied to a months old post?
Lifting large pillars and slaying monsters is funny? Your sense of humor is messed.
Nintendo thinks about things more than you think. 😐
I don't know what you're on, but the physics in those games are not any more believable than LoZ. You might know this is you had played a Zelda game.
link-rape
You do know he could technically do that, right? It would just destroy the fun of the game. But I do agree that smashing through the Water Temple and tearing it apart piece by piece would be amazing. Kain's game has simple puzzles, right? Well, it must or you wouldn't have finished it. So if Kain can do half the things you think he can, why even bother doing what he has to do in game play? Why even bother walking when he could just TK himself places?
Originally posted by Burning thoughtDon't post such foolish crap. The physics in Zelda are more realistic than all three of those games, ESPECIALLY DMC. Link doesn't struggle to lift it, he just yells, he yells no matter what he's doing, and what you're describing doesn't defy physics. Even if your argument made sense, which it doesn't, my doing something more difficult than something else I found difficult doesn't mean it defies physics.

😆 you cant even debate so i dont know why you even try, you should copy and paste this for all my posts or just ignore them. Your arguments are petty and weak, you couldnt argue your way out of a paper bag 😉
Oh look, a personal attack that took you MONTHS to make. A litle slow on the draw?

He strains in a cutscene (you claim, i disagree). Its scripted, not just a random sound. he does it at a moment that makes sense as well, when hes lifting. His strength is equel to 75000 Kinetic energy assuming the block was 600 tonnes which i think was Bloodrains figuire at one point, not sure about now. Generous figuire ignoring the fact that would crush link but good enough for yall.
