We don't know what we knew instinctively when we were born, because teaching and choice can over rule instinctive knowledge. But with as many religions as there are, I can't believe there isn't something out there, even if my belief of what it is turns out to be wrong. (not that I believe that it will.)

Have you ever thought that there may be things at play that we don't understand when it comes to that one way to heaven? Have you ever thought that it may be that is the only path that we are able to follow?

In Heaven there you still can make bad choices, hence Lucifer and all the angels that rebelled against God. There were in Heaven and they still made the choice to rebel against God. So if you are the sum of your experiences what good is a baby then when it dies and goes to Heaven? Does it stay a baby for all time, never learning, never growing?
That's not entirely true. We are the sum of our experiences, the good and the bad. Our capacity for choice would not be the same if we didn't have both pleasure and pain to influence those choices.

Even if that were a biblical view of heaven after the banishing or Lucifer, then with wars there would indeed be pain and misery in heaven. so I am not sure I see your point on that. And as far as your second comment, God holds himself back to what we can do and keep our freedom of choice. Also who is to say God hasn't weighed the other options and found salvation through Jesus as the best, while keeping our ability to choose for ourselves.
And pertaining to the first, in humans, Learning new, and perhaps more desirable knowledge can override instinctive knowledge.

Since the Bible doesn't talk about any other wars I'm assuming that God has cleaned house but this would also be a contradiction in the Bible because they tell us that there is no pain and suffering. Maybe since he got rid of the bad angles there is no more pain and suffering and so you can't make bad decision but that would take away your freedom to choice. Now if this is the greatest gift God gave us why would he take it away for all time when we go to Heaven? Do you know see the contradictions? You could even go that you spouse goes to Hell and you go to Heaven, so if there is no pain and suffering in Heaven does the other spouse forget about the other?
God is supposed to be able to do anything, so why would a God of unlimited power that can do anything not make a perfect world that allows his creations to have freedom of choice and live with out pain and suffering? There is only two answers is that either he doesn't exist or did it on purpose.
OK, give me one option that he could have weighed and why he would have choose the Jesus option over it.
