He was tagging Daken during there confrontation. If daken was using his pheromones Cyber wouldnt have landed a lick and would have died from a heart attack sooner than he did.
It was a straight up fight when cyber complimented dakens speed.

Remember that "fight" in Original Sin? I don't think he used them then, Logan didn't want to fight at all. Akihiro tried to goad him old-fashioned way.
In Avengers Free Comic he didn't use them either.
And in their most recent scuffle there were no pheromone manipulation, it was all about "who gets Muramasa Blade first wins".

Spiderman is faster than venom but venom seems to have a easy time hitting him.
