Totally just got the rings in the mail today. They were bigger and more sturdy than expected. Yes, they're plastic, but the Ebay pics don't really do them justice.

lyrl created a device that will allow starro to literally step to any point in his nine-galaxy-kingdom. vril had a few good showings with the SC ring, but was ultimately rejected by the ring for insubordination [which i thought was awesome (and fitting) on his part.]
booster gold was quite good as well.
Spoiler:and judging by the last page of the issue,
jamie + booster [with skeets' help] were able to own a black lantern.
Spoiler:will be making an appearance in the next issue.
