Yeah I agree although Grant was interviewed by IGN and he called them angels.. Grant needs to clear this up!!

Am I wrong or has Hal used all the different rings yet? I know he's had the green, yellow, blue, red and even orange all at one point!
Figured he'd have tried all but the black on by this point. 😬 As far as I know he's still not had the indigo, purple or black. Thou he's been dead and chased by it I know
Personally I hate Hal and a huge Kyle fan as I'm sure more realise but still shocked he wasn't the first.

Hal very briefly had the Black Lantern ring and was about to be inducted into the Black Lantern Corps by BL Spectre, but was rescued due to the Guardians.

EDIT: The thing that really, really annoys me- where is Hal's dad? Have I missed this somewhere? The whole of GL since John's relaunched the series with Rebirth, has been Hal's relationship with his deceased Father. Blackest Night is the culmination of the plot threads of the series- the dead rise. Hal's Dad = dead.....

But bringing in another Ultimate Evil bad guy in the final issue seems like a strange way to play things, especially when so far Nekron has been impossible to harm.
Giving him an bad guy like the AM just seems to make thing ridiculous. That'd be two ultimate evils at once =/
