Yup, they represent the first creatures to use the following emotions first.

Why do I want to scream out "I choose you Pichachu" when I see them?

Liked the issue, thought they might bring in Shathan as the entity of Rage but didn't happen.

I think the Greed Entity more than anything cloud make for some interesting stories, possessing people and all that jazz. Maybe even make a Supervillain who's whole Shtick is being the Avatar of Greed.

Damn.

Two 👆

Something felt missing...

oddly...

hmmm...

...

Speaking of which...

How's that Guy respect thread coming along, ODG?

^ On hold til I finish my Loki Respect Thread. Which is almost done.

Sweet 👆

*intends to spread the gospel of Guy...whether people want to hear it or not* uhuh

A Guy respect thread shouldn't be too difficult, ODG. I mean, he's only got like 9 noteworthy feats, after all.

He's got to post all the feats where he did OK, and then promptly went to sleep, too.

True. Maybe even a section devoted to Guy saying something quippy, just before getting punched in the face? Would that be too much?

^Lol. That was mean Galan.

Blackest Night feels dragged out and is becoming a mess. The latest issue with all the revelations was just a mess in my opinion.

Life started on Earth? What the hell was going on in the DCU for the billions of years before Earth formed? And then what about the hundreds of millions of years before life formed on Earth?

Great book. The revelation of Earth being the spot where life began is gonna muck up DC's cosmology even more then it already is.

The origin stories of the emo-entities were good even though somewhat biblical.

Man tha oans are gonna be pissed to find out they are earthlings

Same with the new gods... oh wait the new gods and dead... and so are the old gods

I so lost interest in this event. I will finish reading it when it concludes and catchup but perusing through the scans it looks forgettable.

Its definitely not forgettable...Better than just about every recent event out there from both DC and Marvel. but I think that SC Corps was better. But then again that was just about the pinnacle of a cosmic event in recent memory.

I'm enjoying Blackest Night far, far more than Siege. It had its choppy moments and some areas could have been handled better, but as a whole it's a good arc.
